• B1 - Top plate connection for bracing wall

  NZS3604:2011 Section 8.7.3.4 requires bracing walls to be connected at the top plate level. Connect to at least two external walls is required when the total bracing capacity exceeds 125 Bus. Please demonstrate how the top plate will be extended to the external walls across the scissor truss areas.
